Tanishq Expands Chennai Presence with New Store Launch in West Tambaram
Chennai: Tanishq, India’s largest jewellery retail brand from the Titan Company Ltd, has expanded its footprint in Tamil Nadu with the launch of a new store in West Tambaram, Chennai. The opening marks the brand’s 66th store in the state and 24th outlet in the city.
The store was inaugurated by Arun Narayan, CEO, Jewellery Division, Titan Company Ltd, along with Narasimhan Y L, Circle Business Head – Jewellery, Tamil Nadu & Kerala, in the presence of company representatives and customers.
Located at 257, GST Road, West Tambaram, the newly opened showroom spans 8,000 sq. ft., offering a spacious and contemporary retail environment designed to enhance the customer experience.
To mark the launch, Tanishq announced a limited-period inaugural offer, under which customers can receive a complimentary gold coin on purchases. The offer is valid from May 1 to May 3, 2026.

The store features an extensive range of Tanishq’s jewellery collections, including:

- Polki jewellery
- Daily wear designs
Customers can also explore exclusive offerings such as Anique jewellery, South Indian Glass Kundan designs, and the brand’s latest natural gemstone collection, ‘Hues’, catering to both traditional and contemporary tastes.
Diamond Expertise Centre
A key highlight of the store is the Tanishq Diamond Expertise Centre, a technology-enabled facility that allows customers to verify the authenticity and quality of diamonds. The centre is equipped with advanced tools to assess light performance, origin, inclusions, and laser markings.
Speaking at the launch, Arun Narayan said Tamil Nadu remains a crucial market for the brand, citing the region’s strong appreciation for craftsmanship and quality. He noted that the new store reflects Tanishq’s commitment to offering an elevated and seamless shopping experience.
