Navin’s Starwood Towers to Host Starwood Premier League, a Mega Sporting Event

Chennai: Navin’s Starwood Towers, a premium housing society in Medavakkam, is set to host the Starwood Premier League, a mega sporting event that promises to bring together sports enthusiasts from the community.

The event, organized by the Starwood Sports Club, will feature women’s throwball, men’s cricket, and men’s volleyball tournaments. Over 120 residents are expected to participate in the event, which is sponsored by Navin’s, a trusted real estate developer in Chennai.

According to Ksheer Vasudha Kumar, Director of Navin’s, “We are happy to be associated with the third edition of the Starwood Premier League. The event has been growing in size and popularity, and we are excited to see the community come together to promote physical fitness, teamwork, and community spirit.”

The Starwood Premier League Season 3 will consist of 18 cricket matches, 14 volleyball matches, and 14 throball matches. Four teams – Chestnut Champions, Redwood Rhinos, RoyalOak Rangers, and Walnut Warriors – will compete in the matches. The event is being organized by a core committee of residents, with the aim of promoting community spirit and physical fitness.

The Starwood Sports Club was inaugurated by Dr. R Kumar, Founder and Chairman of Navin’s, in 2021. The club has been dedicated to building a vibrant sports community, and the Starwood Premier League is one of its flagship events.
