Ramraj Cotton Enhances Safety and Spirituality with Rs. 35 Lakh Fencing Project at Thiruvannamalai

Ramraj Cotton, a leading Indian company in traditional dhoti production, has successfully installed a protective fence along the 14-kilometer Girivalam path surrounding Arunachala Mountain in Tiruvannamalai. This initiative, undertaken at a cost of Rs. 35 lakh, prioritizes the safety of devotees and farmers while promoting environmental balance.

The project addresses concerns about wildlife movement along the path, which posed safety risks to pilgrims and caused damage to agricultural land. The newly installed fencing offers a safer environment for both devotees and farmers, ensuring the protection of surrounding farmlands and allowing wildlife to remain undisturbed in its natural habitat.

K.R. Nagarajan, Founder and Chairman of Ramraj Cotton, emphasized the importance of protecting sacred spaces. He stated, “It is everyone’s duty to protect sacred spaces.
