Hyatt Regency Chennai Presents “Nowruz”, a Persian Feast this March

Chennai: Hyatt Regency Chennai, in collaboration with Soul On A Plate, is set to host “Nowruz”, a Persian feast celebrating the arrival of spring. The event will take place from March 19th to March 21st at Spice Haat restaurant.

Home Chef Nisrin Karimi will showcase her culinary expertise, presenting a mindfully curated menu featuring traditional Persian dishes such as Joje Kabab, Torsh Kabab, Plumber Chicken, and Shiraz Mushroom. Desserts like Tarhalva and Bamieh will also be served.

Executive Chef Manish Uniyal stated, “We are excited to offer our guests an authentic Persian experience, celebrating the renewal and joy of Nowruz.”

Chef Nisrin Karimi added, “Nowruz is a time for families to gather and share traditions. I’m thrilled to bring this festive experience to Chennai’s food lovers.”
