Gemini Edibles and Sree Annapoorna Foods Form JV to Expand Spice Business

Chennai: Gemini Edibles and Fats India Ltd, India’s leading sunflower oil company, has partnered with Coimbatore-based Sree Annapoorna Foods, a renowned spice processing brand, to form a joint venture – GEF Foods India Pvt Ltd.

The joint venture aims to manufacture and distribute a range of spice products, including masalas, meal mixes, and more. With Sree Annapoorna Foods’ expertise in spice processing and Gemini Edibles’ strong distribution network, the partnership is set to expand the spice business across India.
