Casagrand International School Hosts 1st District-Level Interschool Chess Tournament

Chennai: Casagrand International School hosted its inaugural District-Level Interschool Chess Championship in Chennai. The event was a testament to the school’s commitment to fostering holistic learning and nurturing life skills alongside academic excellence.

The tournament saw a remarkable participation of over 180 students from 40 schools across Chennai, competing in four age categories: U-8, U-10, U-12, and U-16. The winners received trophies and DGT2010 chess clocks, recognizing their exceptional skills and dedication. Notably, the event was graced by the presence of Dwarakesh, COO of Casagrand International School.
