Athulya Senior Care Leads Beach Cleaning Drive Ahead of National Cleanliness Day

Chennai: Athulya Senior Care organized a community-driven beach cleaning event at Besant Nagar Beach, Chennai, in anticipation of National Cleanliness Day on January 30, 2025. Over 200 volunteers, including staff, students, and local residents, came together to remove significant amounts of waste from the beach.

The event was part of Athulya’s #CaringForASenior initiative, which focuses on environmental sustainability, senior well-being, and social responsibility. Athulya’s Founder and CEO, Mr. Srinivasan G., emphasized the importance of creating a clean and inclusive environment for all generations.

Athulya has been spearheading various social projects to improve the quality of life for senior citizens, including improving temple accessibility and donating ambulances for elder-friendly emergency care.
